He's Here, LLC operates heshere.co. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and what you can do about it.

What we collect

When you join our founding list, we collect your email address, and your city if you choose to give it. City is optional.

Like most websites, our site also automatically receives basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, and which pages you viewed. This happens through Shopify, the platform that hosts our website.

We do not currently sell products, process payments, or collect payment information.

Why we collect it

We use your email address to send you updates about He's Here, including when our presale opens.

We use your city to let you know if we hold an event near you.

We use technical information to understand how our site is being used and to keep it working.

We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

Shopify. Our website and email list are hosted by Shopify, which stores and processes this information on our behalf. You can read Shopify's privacy policy at shopify.com/legal/privacy.

Google. Our business email runs on Google Workspace, so if you email us, that message is stored there.

We may also disclose information if we are legally required to, or if it is necessary to protect our rights or someone's safety.

That's the full list. We do not share your information with advertisers or data brokers.

How long we keep it

We keep your email address until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the link at the bottom of every email we send.

You can also email us to ask what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We will respond within a reasonable time.

Children

Our site is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has given us their information, email us and we will delete it.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your information, but no website can promise perfect security.

Changes to this policy

We will update this policy as He's Here grows, particularly when we begin selling. When we make changes we will update the date at the top of this page.
